Be kind to yourself now and get much more sleep than usual. Your breasts are tender, because the mammary glands are growing and preparing to feed your baby. And you are probably urinating quite a bit, running to the bathroom every hour or so, due to the increased pressure on your bladder.

You might be feeling a little queasy from time to time, or even have the first signs of morning sickness. That means that you are much more careful about where you go, and you like to have a bathroom close at hand at all times. You might also be changing your eating habits, including cutting out alcohol and going for more veggies and fruits.

Start making some long-term plans, like thinking about the kind of birth experience you want and learning more about what your body will go through over the next several months. The more knowledge you have, the more relaxed you will be when the big day comes!
